Yozo Office is a fully functional professional Office suite with the look and feel of Microsoft Office classic. More than a clone of Microsoft Office, Yozo Office features patented technology, as well as sets a new standard in the development of seamless Office data integration. Spreadsheets, text documents, and presentations can now all be saved in a single binder and data between these documents can now be linked as easily as you cut and paste. Yozo Office spreadsheets, text documents and presentations all share a single user interface and one file format. Yozo Office combines three applications (Word Processor, Spreadsheet and Presentation Graphics) into one program. Each application is highly compatible with Microsoft Office application formats. Yozo Office can open, edit Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint 97/2000/XP/2003/2007 files and save these files in the native *.eio binder file format or in the original file format. This default settings can be changed using the Options dialog box and Yozo Office can be configured to automatically save and export Microsoft Office documents. Yozo Office supports a wide variety of office data, graphic images, video and audio formats in addition to PDF, HTM, HTML, TXT, Dbase and Paradox database files. Unlike other Office Suites, Yozo Office is not a collection of programs that have been forced to work together. Yozo Office is one program that allows you to move seamlessly between Word Processor, Spreadsheet and Presentation Graphics these three applications. All applications share the same user interface. Commands not associated with a particular document type do not appear if they have no function in that document. Yet all documents share the same file and data structure in their native *.eio file format. Things that you can do in Yozo Office that are more difficult in other less integrated programs. Yozo Office integrates Word Processor, Spreadsheet and Presentation Graphics these three applications in one program sharing the same user interface. Multiple applications opened in one user interface can save screen space, and can be switched between each other very conviently. Yozo Office gives you the freedom to create complex office documents with interlinked data, yet still maintain data integrity and a fast response time, with updates to linked data in real time. Using Yozo Office creating data links between documents is as easy as cut and paste. Linked data in spreadsheets, text documents and presentations will update automatically. Unlike other Office Suites these links also provide 100% accuracy and synchronization between the source document and other related target documents. If the data is updated in the source document that change will appear in the target document. Charts, graphs, text, slides, worksheet cells or complete tables can all be Pasted Linked to other documents in the same or different binder with just one click. When changes to your source data are made linked data in other documents update automatically. Spreadsheets, text documents and presentations can all be saved in a single binder, its easy to manage and share the data. Yozo Office integrated file, the binder, can save 64 text documents, 64 presentations and 65536 sheets. Meanwhile, Yozo Office can import several Excel, Word and PowerPoint files in the same binder, and export spreadsheet, text document or presentation out to an independent file.
